Weight Loss Journey continues again
I have realised that I am part of this Yo-yo diet and need to make lifestyle changes which will benefit me for a long period of time and not just for a certain time. My sisters and I are part of this biggest looser program where I can see some of them really trying their best to loose weight whereas for some of us...…oh well …not seeing any results. So here is a food diary that I will be documenting everyday plus my exercise so I am accountable for my weight loss.
Menu for Today
Lemon/honey and ginger tea for breakfast.
Fruit salad for lunch.
Dinner: chicken soup with vegetables and ginger.
Exercise: none
Note: didn't eat much as I was sick with sore throat. I didn't do any exercise as I was feeling weak. Tomorrow should be a better day.
